supportive staff varied options central location small room desk absence luggage handling
the staff was very supportive, and i found them very helpful. the breakfast included many options to pick from. the location made it easy to get around, it was good.
my room was quite small, and it lacked a desk. there also wasn't sufficient space for two people and two suitcases. the reception was in a lower floor, there wasn't a lift available, so i had to carry my luggage when checking in.

powder eggs limited selection
the location was acceptable, close to main attractions.
The breakfast was disappointing. There was only one kind of processed meat available and the scrambled eggs seemed to be made from powder. it really was underwhelming compared to what i expected in turkey. this limited selection affected my overall enjoyment.

Excellent stay in a PERFECT location
central location helpful staff great variety rooftop terrace
The location could not be better. It is very central. I found it close to many attractions as well as the T1 tramway. The hotel staff helped me a lot with directions and information about the area. Breakfast offers great variety. I thought it was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed the rooftop terrace with FANTASTIC views.
The room I got was a bit small. It was on the lower level.

rooftop views friendly staff
The breakfast offered a great variety. I enjoyed the fabulous rooftop views during my meal. The location proved very central, with access to many sites. I appreciated the staff being so friendly and helpful.
I have no complaints about my stay.

Wonderful Experience!
clean hotel friendly staff
The hotel was clean and cozy. Breakfast on the terrace offered magnificent views. We were given a map with highlighted attractions and detailed explanations on how to reach each place. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful.
The room did not have a desk or table. Space was insufficient for two people with two suitcases. I would have liked more room to organize my belongings .

The room included complimentary toiletries and slippers. a welcome setup with coffee and tea, which I found particularly nice. The beds were comfortable, contributing positively to a good night's sleep. Everything was super clean and well-kept.

Breakfast takes place on a terrace on the 7th floor, offering magnificent views. It was an AMAZING breakfast!!! You can also go one floor up to an open roof terrace, where there are lots of seagulls flying around.
